In a rejoinder made available to newsmen in Jalingo on Wednesday, the Board described the claim as “false, baseless, and a deliberate misrepresentation of the Chairperson’s remarks.” “For the avoidance of doubt, at no time did Mrs. Christiana Binga instruct teachers to submit photocopies of their PVCs as a condition for salary payment or for any other official purpose,” the statement read.
