The event, which took place in the conference room of the Headquarters, was presided over by the Acting Commander Corps of Medical, Brigadier General S. O. Okoigi. In his remarks, Brigadier General Okoigi congratulated the newly promoted officers, describing their elevation as a reward for hard work, dedication, and professionalism.
