Former Governor of Taraba State Reverend Jolly Nyame has lamented the rising insecurity and hardship in the country. The Former Governor made the lamentation while paying homage to the Gara Donga, Ambassador, Sanvala Varzoa Shimbura in Donga Local Government Area. He said though the situation is not just peculiar to Taraba State but the entire nation called for concerted efforts by the governments at all levels to proffer solutions to the menace. The Former Governor who said he was in the palace to Congratulate the Gara Donga on his emergence and subsequent enthronement as the paramount ruler said he was also at the palace to condole with the Traditional council over the death of  former Gara Danjuma Stephen Bayonga.  Taraba State High Court in Jalingo has  convicted Mwage Iormaga and  Aondoungwa David to life imprisonment each for the Kidnapped of Late Hosea Ibi.  They were convicted for the Kidnapped of Late Hosea Ibi in Takum Local Government Area. Delivering the judgement,the Taraba State Chief Judge, Justice Filibus Agya said the State Counsel in their submissions proved the case beyond reasonable doubts hence the conviction of the duo.
