Economy: Governors urged to make judicious use of increased FAAC.

State Governors in Nigeria have been urged to Utilize the Increased, Federation Account Allocation Committee, FAAC to Alleviate Hardship Faced by Nigerians.


An Aspirant for the National Youth Leader of the People's Democratic Party PDP Hon Silas S Tafi-Warwar,gave the charge in an interview with our reporter.

Honorable Silas Tafi-Warwar in his unwavering commitment to the welfare of Nigerians, calls on state Governors to harness the recent surge in Federal Account Allocation Committee,FAAC monthly disbursements to states to better the life of the citizens.

 He emphasized the need for the judicious use of the funds to alleviate the prevailing hardships faced by the citizens across the nation as cost of living has continued to soar higher.

 Hon Tafi-Warwar said the state Governors should channel these increased allocations towards initiatives that will be directly beneficial the populace.

 Silas identified areas to be giving priority to healthcare, education, infrastructure, and social welfare programs to mitigate the impact of economic adversities on the people.

He lamented that as the nation navigates through these challenging times, it is imperative for state Governors to prioritize the welfare of their people and leverage the increased FAAC allocations to bolster essential services, stimulate economic growth, and enhance the overall well-being of their citizens.

 Hon. Tafi-Warwar also extended an appeal to Nigeria's Youth urging them to maintain steadfastness, focus, and unity in the shared vision of constructing a robust and sustainable economy.

 He highlighted the pivotal role that the youths play in driving progress and fostering national development and unity emphasizing the importance of their continued dedication amidst prevailing challenges.


Hon Tafi-Warwar Called for a collective effort, stressing the significance of unity and collaboration in overcoming obstacles and building a prosperous future for a Nigeria.

INSECURITY:Bissaula Community Leader Raises Alarm Over Renewed Attack, Calls for Lasting Security Deployment.

A community leader in Bissaula Ward of Kurmi Local Government Area, Taraba State, Alhaji Idi Ismaila, has decried a fresh wave of violence that disrupted the fragile peace recently restored to the area.
