Former Member representing Ussa Constituency at the Taraba State House of Assembly, Honorable Habila Timothy Anderifun has said the Sixty third years independence anniversary is worth Celebration.
Honorable Habila Timothy Anderifun in an interview with our reporter said at Sixty three Nigeria has experienced both the good and the bad as a nation.
While congratulating Nigerians for being united Habila said they should continue to maintain the tempo.
The former lawmaker said though this year's celebration is coming at the Time Nigeria is faced with numerous challenges,but affirmed that it will soon be over as other nations have passed same situations..
He enumerated the challenges faced to include insecurity, surge in the unemployment rate, economic hardships among others.
Honorable Habila Anderifun said Nigerians should not loose hope but remain resolute and as well make positive contributions to build a better country.
He added that Democratic Governments in the country have make immense contributions over the years to sustain Unity, peace and progress hence the need for the citizens to support it at all times.
The Former Legislator however lauded Governor Agbu Kefas for his giant strides in building a better Taraba state through his good initiatives.
He said the Governor has proven to Tarabans that he is desirous move the state forward and canvases support to enable him succeed.
Habila Anderifun appreciated the Governorship Election petition Tribunal for affirming the victory of Governor Agbu Kefas and called on opposition to join hands with him to develop the state.
The Legislator Congratulated Governor Agbu Kefas on his Victory at the Tribunal and wished him well in piloting the state.
He advised the Governor to appoint Special advisers who will give him needed counsel to move the state forward.
Habila urged Tarabans to continue to pray for their leaders to deliver on the tasks ahead of them quoting the biblical injunction that aaked christians to always pray for their leaders as an act to be imbibe in Taraba state.
