As the World commemorate International Day of Peace Youths have been reminded to be good ambassadors of Taraba State.
Chairman Of Youths Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria, YOWICAN Taraba State Chapter Evangelist Ephesians Jesse gave the reminder in a statement on this year's International Day of Peace in Jalingo.
The Chairman remarked that as the backbone of every society, they should strive to make positive contributions to their communities.
According to the statement the youths should support Government policies and programs to enable them to benefit from the dividends of democracy at all times.
Evangelist Ephesians urged them to shy away from gangsterism and other ill vices in the interest of progress.
The Chairman also challenged parents and guardians to inculcate moral conduct in their children as part of an effort to build a peaceful society.
Twenty-first of September annually is set aside to commemorate International Day of Peace as seminars, workshops and road walks are held to sensitize people on the need to live in harmony with one another in society.

The leadership of the Jenjo Youth Wing has publicly distanced itself from alleged remarks credited to Mr. Magaji Bulus Gago, popularly known as Max B, against Taraba State Governor, , and the Commissioner for Tertiary Education, .
