Education: VP GDSS Howai Mile six Jalingo Joshua Leutin charges Taraba state Secondary School Students to justify the free Education policy of Governor Agbu Kefas by studying hard.

Vice Principal Head of Examinations Government Day Secondary School, GDSS Howai Mile six Jalingo, Mr Joshua Leutin Baba has commended the Governor Doctor Agbu Kefas for prioritizing Education sector in the state.


The Vice Principal in an interview said the Governor's Free Education policy introduced in the state would help in reducing crime and criminalities in the society.

He posited that those who are educated tends to be law abiding when compared to the illiterates, saying indeed education is indeed power and a tool for development.

Mr Joshua said the free Education policy initiated by Doctor Agbu Kefas and its acceptability by Tarabans will in the nearest time usher in more developments as children who are the future leaders happens to be the direct beneficiaries of the gesture.

The Educationist lauded the sponsorship of the Registration of the West Africa Examination Council, WAEC fees for graduating Students from the public schools in the state by Governor Agbu, describing him as an ambassador of Education.


The Vice Principal opined that it behooves on Students in public schools in Taraba state to justify the good intentions and gestures of the Government by  taking their studies seriously.

Leutin reiterated the readiness of Teachers at the GDSS  Howai Mile six Jalingo local government of the state to impart knowledge on Students to be good ambassadors wherever they found themselves.

He particularly advised Students who will be sitting for the West Africa Examination Council,WAEC to study hard to come out with good grades to enable them further their studies to inturn contribute positively towards the development of the state and their immediate communities.
