An aspirant for the Ardo Kola, Karim Lamido and Lau Federal Constituency, , has extended Easter greetings to the Governor of Taraba State, , members of the state executive council, Christian leaders, traditional rulers, and the Christian faithful across the state.
In a press statement issued on Saturday, Tula described Easter as a sacred season symbolizing hope, redemption, and eternal life through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He noted that the occasion serves as a profound reminder of God’s love for humanity and called on Christians to reflect these values in their daily conduct.
According to the statement, the aspirant urged believers to embrace humility, sacrifice, dedication, and steadfast faith, stressing that such virtues are essential for building a peaceful and morally upright society.
Tula also appealed to residents of Ardo Kola, Karim Lamido and Lau Federal Constituency to promote unity and peaceful coexistence, noting that meaningful development can only be achieved in an atmosphere of harmony and mutual respect.
“As we celebrate this solemn season, let us reflect on the teachings of Christ by showing compassion, extending support to one another, and working collectively for the progress of our communities,” he stated.
The National Assembly hopeful used the occasion to reaffirm his intention to contest in the forthcoming general elections, expressing readiness to offer purposeful leadership and effective representation to the constituency.
He pledged that, if elected, his administration would focus on people-oriented policies and projects, including infrastructure development, improved healthcare services, industrial growth, human capital development, and economic empowerment initiatives.
Tula further assured constituents that his leadership would be guided by transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness, with a commitment to delivering tangible democratic dividends.
