INSECURITY: Taraba Lawmaker Hon Anas appreciates Gov Kefas's security initiatives in the Karim II constituency.


The member representing the Karim II constituency in the Taraba State House of Assembly, Hon Anas Shuaibu Didango, has today visited troops of six Brigade deployed to secure the area from bandits attacks.

Recently, Governor Dr. Agbu Kefas approved the deployment of more troops to the area to contain activities of armed men disturbing the residents of Karim Lamido Local government area of Taraba State.

The Legislator, in his verified social media Facebook handle post, appreciated the Brigade Commander of the Six Brigade Nigerian Army headquarters in Jaling o, Brigadier General Kinsley C U, WA, for his commitment towards ensuring criminal elements are flushed out from the state.
The Lawmaker Post partly reads,' Today; I had the honor of visiting the Forward Operating Base(FOB) alongside our dedicated hunters in Andamin.' 

Hon Anas was quoted saying " I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to the head of FOB Operation Lieutenant Colonel D. Otobo and our brave troops for their relentless efforts on bandits and ensuring that our community can live in peace once again".

He added, " A special thanks to His Excellency Dr. Agbu Kefas, the Governor of Taraba, for his unwavering support and his response all the time on our security and to the Brigade Commander Brigadier General Kinsley C Uwa for his leadership and commitment to keeping our people safe."

The Legislator reiterated that together they are making strides toward a more secure and peaceful future for everyone in our region.

Anas Shuaibu Didango solicited support from the people of Karim II constituency in addressing the security threats in the area, saying let's continue to work hand in hand for the safety and development of our communities.

Recalled that the Karim II constituency has recently been faced with attacks by bandits who mostly sneaked in from the neighboring states of Gombe, Plateau, and Bauch, creating fears among the locals.

INSECURITY:Bissaula Community Leader Raises Alarm Over Renewed Attack, Calls for Lasting Security Deployment.
