Nashuka Fidelis remarked that from the CSOs findings, the Chairman has fared well in boosting the revenue generation of the State within his short stay in office.

The State lead advocates the engagement of all stakeholders in the decision-making process for the actualisation of the harmonised tax policy in Taraba State.

Responding, the Chairman of Taraba State Internal Revenue Service Retired General Jeremiah Aliyu Faransa commended the initiative of the organisation and pledged for partnership to achieve lofty results in the state.

He lamented that in the past, there were leakages in the revenue generation process as money generated went to private pockets.

He reiterated the determination of his team to ensure that the right thing was done to change the narrative of the State.

Faransa urged the CSO to always avail itself for engagements to chat out ways Tax Harmonisation Reforms will be successful in Taraba State.
