Chairman Taraba State Hunters Association Mr. Dogo Amos has lauded the peace initiatives of Governor Agbu Kefas in the state.
The Chairman made the commendation in an interview in Jalingo.
Dogo Amos said the peace initiatives have started yielding positive results in sustaining peace across the nooks and crannies of the state.
Amos reiterated the commitment of Hunters Association to work in synergy with other security agencies to rid the state of criminal elements.
He also appreciated the support rendered to the Association by the Speaker Taraba State House of Assembly John Right Honorable, Kizito Bonzena and the Chairman Tekan-Ecwa church bloc Taraba State Chapter,Reverend Doctor Philip Micah Doppah.
The Chairman said though the association is a voluntary organization with the aim of promoting peace, it need assistance to enable it succeed.
He however appealed to Governor Agbu Kefas to assist the association with motorcycles and operational vehicle to enhance the performance of the Hunters in the state.
Dogo Amos commended members of the association for the sacrifice to ensuring Taraba State is safe.
