Eid-el-Fitr: Leah Olusuyi Solomon Calls for Peace, Tolerance in Taraba.

A seasoned politician in Taraba State, Hon. Princess Leah Olusuyi Solomon, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, urging adherents to sustain the virtues of peace, tolerance, and compassion as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr.

In a goodwill message made available to journalists, Princess Leah described Ramadan as a sacred period of spiritual renewal, self-discipline, and devotion, noting that its lessons should not end with the fasting period but be reflected in everyday interactions.

She called on Muslims across the state to continue to impact lives positively by promoting unity, charity, and peaceful coexistence, stressing that such values are critical to the growth and stability of Taraba State.

The politician also joined well-wishers in celebrating with the Taraba State Governor, , the Deputy Governor, , and the Speaker of the Taraba State House of Assembly, , alongside other government officials, on what she described as a peaceful and successful Sallah celebration.

Princess Leah further urged Muslims to embrace the teachings of the Holy Qur’an by upholding love, tolerance, and mutual respect, regardless of ethnic or religious differences.

She expressed optimism that sustained harmony among residents would foster development and strengthen the bonds of unity in the state.

Princess Leah Olusuyi Solomon concluded by wishing the Muslim faithful a joyous and fulfilling Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

TARABA: Jenjo Youth Wing Disowns Magaji Gago’s Alleged Remarks Against Kefas, Reaffirms Loyalty.

The leadership of the Jenjo Youth Wing has publicly distanced itself from alleged remarks credited to Mr. Magaji Bulus Gago, popularly known as Max B, against Taraba State Governor, , and the Commissioner for Tertiary Education, . INSECURITY:Bissaula Community Leader Raises Alarm Over Renewed Attack, Calls for Lasting Security Deployment.

A community leader in Bissaula Ward of Kurmi Local Government Area, Taraba State, Alhaji Idi Ismaila, has decried a fresh wave of violence that disrupted the fragile peace recently restored to the area. He made the remarks during a press briefing where he recounted the latest attack and appealed for urgent government intervention. According to Ismaila, the Bissaula community was thrown into panic on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, at about 8:00 p.m., when unknown gunmen, suspected to be members of the Ndaka-Chamba militia, stormed the village and opened fire. Their primary target was said to be Baba Umaru Gambo, a former youth leader of the community and current Commander of the Taraba Marshal in Kurmi Local Government Area.
